Calls
The phone number on this site is a tracking number. We record the calling number, the time, the duration and the outcome of each call, and we use that data to measure which pages and search terms produce calls.
Calls may be recorded. When they are, an announcement plays at the start of the call before anyone speaks. If you prefer not to be recorded, say so and the recording is stopped.
What we share, and with whom
Your name, phone number, address and the description of the job are passed to the crew assigned to your cleanout. That is the entire point of the call. We do not sell contact information to third parties, we do not share it with additional contractors, and we do not add callers to marketing lists.
Retention
Call records and recordings are retained for reporting purposes and deleted on request. Ask, and it is done.
